The aim of the Masters of Māori and Management (MMMgt) is to produce bilingual and bicultural post-graduates in management who are capable of assuming and performing executive and senior management roles in any organisation. The MMMgt is a professional qualification awarded to those candidates who are able to complete comprehensive and intensive studies into the way businesses are operated and are managed. While similar to the Master of Business Administration (MBA), the MMMgt aims for both specialist skills in Māori language and tikanga as well as more generalist and interdisciplinary management education.
It is an intense two-year programme, which can be studied part-time.
