The Diploma in Māori and Management (DipMMgt) programme introduces students to the methods of Māori management within organisations. Successful graduates of the diploma can progress on to the Master of Māori and Management programme.

The aim of the Postgraduate Diploma of Māori and Management (PGDipMMgt) is to produce bilingual and bicultural postgraduates in management who are capable of assuming and performing executive and senior management roles in any organisation.
The PGDipMMgt is a professional qualification awarded to those candidates who are able to complete comprehensive and intensive studies into the way businesses are operated and are managed. While similar to the PGDipMBA, the PGDipMMgt aims for both specialist skills in Māori language and tikanga as well as more generalist and interdisciplinary management education
It is an intense two-year programme, which can be studied part-time.
