The Poumanawa Mātauranga Hangarau Pārongo (PHP) is a three-year degree in Māori and information technology management and is designed to provide graduates with the ability to participate creatively in the rapidly expanding global information economy and society. Graduates will be able to develop and manage implementation of minor and major IT management solutions for a range of organisations private, public or Māori.
Future pathways for graduates are:
- web site design and maintenance
- software and hardware solution development for various organisations
- project and risk management of IT developments and
- further study.
