Print off the student declaration. Sign and date the form, take a photo or scan to your computer or device. Applicants 17 years and under will require a parent or guardian signature on the student declaration.
If this is your first time studying with Te Wānanga o Raukawa you will also need to send verified identification. Verified identification is:
A copy of your full birth certificate or passport that has been verified by a Justice of the Peace, school principal or any government department.
If your name has changed from what it is on your birth certificate or passport you will need to provide verified evidence of this, such as a marriage certificate.
If not New Zealand born you will need to provide evidence of New Zealand residency or citizenship.
If you entered a National Student Index number on your application you can send a verified copy of your drivers licence as ID.
Scan or take a photo of your verified identification and save to your computer or device.
Complete the online enrolment form for New Applicants or Returning Students. At the last page of the form upload your declaration and ID (if applicable). Submit your application.
