The Poutuārongo Toko Mana (PTM) will be of particular interest to those people who are or would like to be involved with their marae, rūnanga or other Māori organisations or businesses. Graduates will be well placed to contribute in the area of administrative leadership and planning.

This one year Heke (Diploma) is NZQA approved at level 5. The three year Poutuarongo (Bachelors Degree) is NZQA approved at level 7.

Ngā Akoranga
The aim of the Tāhuhu Whakahaere (PtWh) is to produce bilingual and bicultural professionals who are capable of assuming and performing executive and senior management roles in any organisation.
The TWh is a professional qualification awarded to those candidates who are able to complete comprehensive and intensive studies into the way businesses are operated and are managed. The TWh teaches specialist skills in Māori language and tikanga as well as more generalist and interdisciplinary management education
It is an intense two-year programme, which can be studied part-time. Poutāhū Whakahaere, PtWh is awarded on successful completion of the first year of the masters programme.
