Kaikōkiri - Manaaki Whenua
Location: Ōtaki | Full-time | Fixed-Term: Ends 31 Dec 2026
Te Wānanga o Raukawa is seeking a committed and highly organised Kaikōkiri to support the operations of Te Whare Manaaki Whenua — the whare responsible for guiding and supporting kaupapa related to whenua, taiao, and physical infrastructure across the Wānanga.
This key role involves delivering high-quality administration, upholding tikanga, and ensuring all mahi reflects the values of our kaupapa Māori institution.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven administrative experience and is confident using Microsoft Office 365
- Communicates clearly in both te reo Māori and English
- Is detail-focused, organised, and builds strong working relationships
- Can manage competing demands while meeting deadlines
- Is committed to ongoing study and personal development
- Upholds the values of Whakatupuranga Rua Mano and Te Wānanga o Raukawa
You’ll be responsible for coordinating hui, maintaining accurate records and systems, and providing essential support to the Kaihautū and Kaiwhakahaere to help advance the work of Te Whare Manaaki Whenua.
