Te Wānanga o Raukawa is seeking an ECE qualified and registered Pouako to join our kōhungahunga, He Iti Nā Mōtai, in a full-time, permanent role.


He Iti Nā Mōtai is a kaupapa Māori centre in Ōtaki, inspired by our tūpuna Mōtai — small in stature, yet great in achievement. We offer a spacious learning environment and a strong kaupapa Māori, te reo Māori immersion curriculum.


Māu e mau mai:

  • A recognised ECE qualification and current teacher registration
  • Strong fluency in written and spoken te reo Māori
  • Experience or knowledge of programme planning, self-review and learning journeys
  • Ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and open/close the centre
